Café “Riia” is a cosy place with warm bagels and other baked goods. It is located near the state border that runs through the centre of Valga-Valka. Fresh salads, pastries, and cakes made on the premises are always waiting for you. We also deliver pizzas, pancakes, and daily specials to your home. A selection of unique kringles is also available for pre-order.
“Voorimehe” Pub in the centre of Valga is a comfortable place where you can spend your leisure time with delicious food. The pub contains two rooms that can be separated by a sliding wall and can seat large numbers of people. The pub also has a 30-seat outdoor terrace. The menu offers delicious snacks to go with your beer, filling meals, soups, and lunch specials. On Fridays, live bands play dance music, on Saturdays, the best retro DJs cheer you up. Once in a while, you can watch football in the middle of the week here!
The idea of home cafe “Johanna” was born in 2016, when participation in the Day of Valga House cafe was held. The positive feedback from visitors pleased the hostess with the fact that she decided to offer fragrances more often than once a year. Cafe Johanna offers a variety of tastes. For example, morning coffee with an appetizing cheesecake. The offers include the best roulette of the city, as well as windmills and eclipses, and, of course, Pavlova cakes. You can also have a good lunch in a cafe and buy pastries.
Cafe and bakery “Carl”, located right in the centre of Valga, has a cosy interior, friendly service, and a delicious menu. Our dishes are always made from fresh and mostly Estonian raw ingredients. Our pastry cooks prepare delicacies which everyone will surely love. Our friendly team is more than happy to help you organise memorable events.
“Conspirator” bar, which started out as a modest establishment back in 1994, has evolved into a two-storey restaurant with a cosy interior that has something to offer everyone. We boast many years’ experience, an extensive menu and very friendly staff. In addition to our dining rooms we have a separate sauna complex with a pool and a party room.
Restaurant “Lilli” is located in the immediate vicinity of Valga’s historic city center. Built in the 1930s, the house was renovated and in 2007 a new restaurant was opened in a beautiful Art Nouveau house. There is a 20-seat restaurant and a smoking room on the second floor of the building, a café with 30 seats on the ground floor. The summer season features a 60-seat terrace with children’s playground
Hotel “Metsis” is a stylish and comfortable hotel with pleasant service and an excellent location in the town of Valga. The hotel building is made unique by its historical background – it was built in 1912 as a school. In 2005, it was renovated and turned into a hotel. 18 comfortable rooms are waiting for you in the hotel.
“Sette” Farm is located 11 km away from Valga, next to the Valga-Mõniste-Võru road. “Sette” Farm offers a canoe trips and accommodation in campsites. Room for events for up to 30 people, terrace, sauna and hot tub.
“Saaresalu Summer House” is located in Hargla village. Great location for discovering South-Estonia and Northern-Latvia. Guests can book whole house for up to 10 persons. You can prepare food in fully equipped kitchen or barbeque outdoors. It’s possible to rent a sauna.
“Kaldavere” Hostel offers accommodation in the middle of picturesque South-Estonian nature. The heart of the tourism farm is main house with kitchen, bathrooms and room for events for up to 30 people.
