In March, construction of the ValgaValka common city center will begin. In this context, traffic management on Riga, Raja and Sepa streets will change.
In addition, the Ramsi Bridge and Sõpruse Street for pedestrians will be closed for traffic. People living in the area will be given access to their homes and daily access to Selver and Rimi stores will be maintained.
Bus stops have temporarily changed due to modal shift. The city line is affected by the change in the location of the Pudrumäe stop, which will temporarily be located at Tartu mnt 6, located opposite the Road Administration’s Valga representation building. The arriving buses stop on the Pärna Avenue opposite Biltex, and the departing buses stop in front of the Valga Museum.
All detours are marked and follow the traffic pattern. Traffic signs and fences will be installed at the beginning of March and the planned end of traffic obstruction works is August 2020.
See attached traffic restriction and change charts: Section of Rīgas street, section of Raiņa street, Map.
The works will be carried out by AS TREV-2 Grupp. The object manager is Marko Rentik, [email protected], 580 67358 We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
