On November 19, international restaurant manager Falstaff announced the best restaurants in Estonia. Kolm Sõsarat, operating in Lüllemäe in Valga municipality area, is among the 16 best restaurants of the new restaurant manager, and is the only top-level restaurant in Southern Estonia this year.
“The title of top restaurant is a great and inspiring recognition for our small restaurant. It is extremely special and important that a location in the city or a large kitchen is not a prerequisite for reaching the top,” said Kerti Vissel, head chef of Kolm Sõsarat restaurant. “I agree with top chef Matthias Diether’s opinion that, to succeed in gastronomy, you have to love your work,” added Vissel.
“This recognition certainly belongs to the way of life and food tradition of South Estonia, our community, family and ancestors. Thanks to their knowledge, skills and reverent attitude towards food and raw materials, we can today offer a top-level food experience in Lüllemäe that is true to Estonian cuisine,” added Triin Rätsep.
