Summary of the book launch event held to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the European Cooperation Day and the second compilation of Estonia-Latvia stories. The stories in the book are based on the 55 projects, implemented in Interreg Estonia-Latvia programme 2014-2020.

One of these projects is the Valga-Valka twin-town centre development. On the cover of the book is a swing on the border of Valga and Valka.
