Friday, on 23rd of December at 19.00 o’clock at the Valka City Culture House, the theatrical concert program “Musique d’amour” (Music of Love) of the Latvian Operetta Theater in the mood of Vienna – music about love; it will make you happy and allow you to experience the joy of a musically aesthetic holiday.
The theatrical concert program of the Operetta Theater “Musique d’amour” (Music of Love) will introduce you to the charming world of Viennese music, it will be music about love, music we love and know, music to please and create a celebration.
All components of the operetta genre are represented in the concert, the soloists both sing, dance and speak dialogues, there is elegant, witty humour, and changing into luxurious costumes. The most beautiful operetta arias and duets, fragments from the audience’s favourite operettas and our concert programs will be played.

The program includes the most beautiful pages of operettas by Johann Strauss, Jacques Offenbach, Franz Lehár, Kálmán Imre and others.
The concert was created by choreographers Olga Spridzāne and Ieva Kemlere, costume designer Elīna Milta-Niedrāja, scenographer Rasa Cirvele, make-up artist Liāna Repule, artistic director and producer Agija Ozoliņa-Kozlovska.
